Senior Technical Recruiter - Bilingual

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

Responsibility

  • Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs.
  • Manage the recruitment process.
  • Hold interviews in Spanish.
  • Hold interviews in English.
  • Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Technical Recruiter for a Software Development Company, Startup or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A clear understanding of technical profiles related to Software Development.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages.

Nice to Have

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
  • Negotiation skills. 
  • Experience working with US companies.
