Terms Of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Devsu website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree, please refrain from using the Site. These terms govern your interaction with our digital presence; professional engagements and project deliverables are governed exclusively by separate, signed Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Our Services & The VelX Advantage
Devsu provides high-value technology solutions driven by VelX, our proprietary AI-Native orchestration layer. While VelX is an internal tool used exclusively by our engineering teams to accelerate delivery and ensure code quality, its benefits are at the core of our three service pillars:
-> Staff Augmentation (TaaS): Specialized, AI-augmented engineering talent to scale your internal teams.
-> App Modernization: Transforming legacy systems into high-performance, AI-ready architectures.
-> Product Development: End-to-end creation of digital products, from initial discovery to market-ready deployment.
Note: VelX is not available for individual purchase or standalone licensing. It is the proprietary "engine" we use to deliver superior results for our clients.
